Willis started as a firefighter. He learned the importance of coordinated team efforts, training, best practices, and the critical ability to read a rapidly changing situation.
Chris began as a dispatcher, and starting out on the front lines of the com center, she learned that the response to any incident starts with distributing information – quickly and accurately.
Richard began his career as a cop. He learned to think on his feet, problem solve in the field, collect information as it came in, and make judgment calls on the fly.
